Modern Slavery

Last updated: 20 September 2025

Dobtho Limited is a brand and capability enablement company based at Kingsnorth House, Birmingham, B44 8LS, United Kingdom. This statement is made with reference to the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our Commitment

Dobtho Limited has zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chains. We are committed to acting ethically, with integrity, and to implementing effective systems and controls to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our operations.

Our Policies

We maintain the following controls and policies which reflect our commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with the law: an Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy, a Supplier Code of Conduct, a Responsible Procurement Policy, and a Speak Up policy that protects anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

Risk assessment

We assess risk across our suppliers using factors such as country, sector, spend level, and the nature of services provided. Higher risk categories may include offshore content production, promotional goods manufacturing, cleaning and security services, and IT equipment. We prioritise proportionate due diligence and monitoring for higher risk suppliers.

Due diligence in our supply chain

Before onboarding new suppliers, we seek confirmations of compliance with applicable labour standards, acceptance of our Supplier Code, and contract terms prohibiting forced labour, child labour, fees for work, retention of identity documents, and any form of servitude. For higher risk suppliers we may request additional questionnaires, independent certifications, audits, or remediation plans. We reserve the right to terminate relationships where any breach occurs.

Training and awareness

We provide training to employees involved in procurement, vendor management, and project delivery to help them identify indicators of modern slavery and to escalate concerns promptly. New starters receive awareness materials and know how to use the Speak Up channels.

Governance and review

Responsibility for this statement and the Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy sits with the Dobtho's leadership team. The statement is reviewed at least annually and updated as our risk profile and controls evolve. For any questions or clarifications, please email creative@dobtho.com.
