Sharan Monga founded Dobtho to turn technical capability into outcomes people can use, and to judge success by livelihoods created. A formative career in chemicals and advanced manufacturing gave him the discipline to build with rigour. He left corporate life to create a platform where capability and activation work together so progress is not only imagined but delivered.

 

Dobtho is designed as a working system. Strategy sets direction, brand activation creates presence, capability enablement equips teams, and clear communications make the story credible. Sharan sets the agenda, assembles specialist teams, and holds the bar on standards. His role is to keep strategy honest, execution practical, and communication precise, so that every initiative advances both reputation and revenue.

 

Progress is measured in two ways. First, jobs. In its early years Dobtho has supported around one hundred direct and indirect roles. By 2035 Sharan aims to contribute to more than ten thousand jobs by helping clients scale responsibly and solve complex problems. For him, growth is most meaningful when it strengthens skills and creates stable employment.

 

Second, pipeline quality. Dobtho focuses on qualified intent, stage progression and conversion, not vanity metrics. Work with clients has contributed to marketing qualified pipelines above two hundred and fifty million pounds and supported recurring annual growth of more than ten million pounds. Each conversion becomes production, service programmes and field support. It becomes training seats, apprenticeships and dependable work across supply chains.

 

Sharan’s approach is practical and disciplined. He works from market truth, shapes propositions that are grounded in real use cases, and equips sales and engineering teams with tools that shorten the path from specification to value. He prefers to test, learn and scale what works, and to invest in capability so gains last beyond a campaign.
