In 2026, we are launching more than 300 products across advanced materials, technical textiles and uniforms. From high performance fibres and engineered fabric systems to field ready garments, each product is developed with defined standards, measurable performance and commercial viability at its core.
The work is structured and hands on. One week you may refine a material specification or review performance data. The next you could support sampling, build a product demonstration or prepare a market launch. We carry every product from concept through to delivery.
Responsibility is real. Plans are documented. Reviews are regular. Outcomes are measured. Each quarter delivers tangible results, live products in market and stronger judgement built through execution.
